Groundswell is a Pleasanton (CA) enterprise portal consultancy. Groundswell is defined as a sudden gathering of force — a force for change. Since the corporate logo had already been established, ap*d decided to focus on the definition of the name to create a tactile id system comprised of many pieces — a presentation folder, letterhead, second sheet, business cards, notecards, envelopes and so on. Each piece of the system contains manipulated surfaces such as embossed and debossed dots and circles that complement the existing corporate logo. These details help create a final product that is quite distinctive.
