The client, Loni Nagwani, is a Silicon Valley-based realtor specializing in the marketing and sale of Eichlers. In fact, Loni is the realtor of choice for the peninsula's Eichler marketplace because of her many strengths — experience, dedication, skill, and effectiveness.

The client requested a logo that could be used for her promotional efforts in this specialized real estate market. Since the majority of her clients are either Eichler homeowners or Eichler enthusiasts, ap*d focused on an architectural detail that would immediately represent an Eichler home (the interior beams and walls of glass) and Loni's strengths, commitment and support for this market.
